ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders placed have a 24 hour processing time. At this time we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING

Orders ship from Southern California.  Below are our current four shipping methods.

****FREE DOMESTIC GROUND SHIPPING (4-10 business days) * Southern California area is is 2-3 days.

Priority 3-5 Days Shipping $9.95

2nd Day Air $18.95

International Flat Rate now $9.95 (limited time only)

FREE SHIPPING (4-10  DAY SHIPPING)

Free 4-10 business days ground shipping is offered for domestic orders. 

STANDARD SHIPPING (3-5  DAY SHIPPING)

Standard 3-5 business day shipping is available for $9.95 for domestic orders only (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico and please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for shipment. 

2ND BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING

2nd business day shipping is available for $18.95 Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 11:00 am PST domestic orders only.  Not including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or international shipments. 

INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE SHIPPING (7-14 DAY SHIPPING)

SPECIAL International Flat rate of $9.95 limited time only.  Please allow 7-14 business days (under 3lbs) **depending on locations

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by AYNARA.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
